I got these because one bit at the local hardware store was $25. I am an amateur speaker builder and needed roll-over and straight bits and this was the best bargain.

I’ve had a chance to use them, and aside from loosing the pretty yellow, they seem to stay sharp and they should last for a part time user. Maybe longer, but so far, they haven’t worn down with my MDF carnage.

If these do not work for you, READ THE DIRECTIONS AGAIN, DUMMY! They are NOT intended to do HEAVY WORK IN ONE PASS. For simple crafts and art projects they are GREAT – - for full-time commercial serious work GO TO A WOODWORKING SHOP AND PAY A LOT OF MONEY.

There is a carbide router bit for about everything in this collection. Nice case to keep them all arranged as to function which has a diagram for each bit.

I have a Colt and I am a bit dubious about it swinging the bigger bits but so far I have only used the smaller bits in some pine I am using to mock up a bookcase. They are nice and sharp and I am happy so far. Even if the Colt will not swing the largest bits in hardwood this set is still a great value. The case is a major convenience.

I’m not going to be an every day user so these are going to be perfect. Tried a few of the bits out , they worked great and seem to be very good quality. I priced a few of the bits I recieved at HD and they wanted $29 apiece.
