Each bit is individually balanced, giving a cut above the rest. With this 6 piece set you can make grooves, dadoes, and rabbets. The 6-piece Round Over/Bead Set includes five rounding over bits (1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″ radius) and a 3/8″ bearing which will convert all five bits into beading bits for the ultimate in value. Rounding over bits soften the edges of fine furniture. Beading bits produce a simple, decorative edge on furniture and moldings. All bits have 1/2″ shanks, and each set comes in an attractive wooden storage box.

Being a loyal Whiteside follower and the closest Woodcraft store being over a hour away, I decided on this bit with the 3.99 overnight shipping.
First off, these bits are sharp, plenty of carbide for sharpening, and well balanced.
The box works well for storage. It is sturdy. I wouldn’t say it is the best craftsmanship in the world, but very functional.
Bits work great on endgrain. No burning. Very little tearout.
Overall, I won’t be changning from Whiteside, but these are very good bits.
