I am very disappointed with my purchase of the Ingersoll Rand 259 3/4 inch Impactool. I purchased this tool to work on my company fleet trucks and was very disappointed to find that when using the brand new tool the trigger kept sticking and the tool would spin out of control. I contacted the company in which I purchased this tool from (National Tool Warehouse) and was told that although it is a brand new tool, I had to contact Ingersoll Rand Corporation to find out if this was a defect in the air gun before receiving a new one or getting this one repaired. I still have not been contacted by either company (after several attempts/messages to contact both) and I am left with the broken air gun.
