The tool works fine but I found the air valve lever difficult to use. The lock off lever seems to travel too far into to lock off position. I had to make some modifications to change position.

This was my first air angle grinder and it has worked very well for me for many years. I have alway thought that it lacked power though, recently I got one of the new 3102 grinders. Tons better, more power, and the ball bearing design really helps it run fast and smooth, even under quite a load. I would recomend any one to look at IR’s heavy duty and super duty models before buying any air tools. You just get more power for you money.

I don’t have all of the manufactures Specs but you could put in RPM’s and the amount of air this tool uses at 75psi and 90psi. It would be most helpful in making a decission of which product to purches.
