Add an attractive and durable edge to your cabinet doors and shelf edges. For use with plywood panels, MDF panels or shelves from 1/2″ to 1″ thick. All matched 2 piece bit sets are two-flute, carbide-tipped. Simply center the male cutter on the stock and make the cut. Next match up the female cutter with the center point of the first cut. Finish by gluing together the two pieces and flush trim the edges, if necessary. 60 deg. bits feature a tongue & groove for a larger glue surface area and easier alignment of edge banding. 1-7/16″ Large Diameter. 1″ Carbide Height. Recommended for use in a table mounted router.

This pair of cutters work very well. There is some testing to get the two wood parts to make properly but over all puts a nice edge on plywood. The best part for me was the fact that there are no nail holes to fill and a nice solid edge.
Nice bits. I have ran about 20 yards of solid Cherry and plywood through them and there still as sharp as the first pass. Its a little tricky to set them up but thats down to the user. Like the price
